The Department of Revenue Recovery (DRR) in collaboration with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department and the Sacramento County Courts, together have developed a program aimed at reducing the number of existing and future misdemeanor and traffic warrants.

The Revenue Recovery Warrant Project has Sheriff Deputies actively serving warrants by accepting payments in the field as well as at Revenue Recovery. If the bail amount cannot be paid, the deputies may make an arrest.
